GPS PILOT steerings systems

For automatic steering and Precision Farming:

GPS PILOT CEMIS 1200 and CEBIS connect.

Fieldwork is more precise, predictable and efficient with GPS PILOT CEMIS 1200 and CEBIS connect from CLAAS. The system combines automatic steering, documentation and precision farming applications in one. So work steps can be reliably executed in the field, properly documented and consistently aligned between machine and office. Regular software updates keep the system up-to-date, while licence management ensures the right use for different requirements on your farm.

Strengths:

  • Exacting work: precision steering and full use of the working width for more efficiency and fewer overlaps.
  • Always online: continuous flow of data between CLAAS connect and the machines. Reference tracks are sent from machine to machine.
  • Perfectly organised: digital planning, implementation and documentation of the entire working day – directly from the machine terminal or preplanned in CLAAS connect.
  • Modern agriculture: everyday precision farming with Section Control and Variable Rate Application.
  • The full picture: yield mapping and constituents directly on the CEMIS 1200 terminal.

Automatic steering: make optimal use of the working width and reduce stress.

GPS PILOT CEMIS 1200 and CEBIS connect steer the machine safely along the track using the full working width. This minimises overlaps, which cuts down on working time and fuel consumption. With their workload reduced, operators can turn their attention to the machine settings. This increases work quality and allows them to work for longer stints without fatigue. The system steers the machine precisely along the reference tracks even in the dark or in fog. Reference tracks can be shared between machines and automatically selected. Field boundaries and headlands can also be created and managed directly on the terminal.

Overview of automatic steering:

  • Steer precisely and make full use of the working width
  • Plan reference tracks using field boundaries
  • Automatically switch between reference lines
  • Share reference tracks between one machine and another
  • Create and manage reference tracks, field boundaries and headlands on the terminal
  • Place tramlines markers directly in the terminal and add visual or acoustic alarms

Task management and data flow: prepare tasks and send data back reliably.

Task planning is easier with GPS PILOT CEMIS 1200 and CEBIS connect because tasks are prepared in the office and transferred straight to the machine. This means that all relevant information is available at the point of use and when the work is done, the recorded data is sent back to the office for record keeping and further processing.

Tasks with reference tracks and application maps can be prepared in CLAAS connect and sent online straight to the machine. While work is underway, the system continuously documents machine, yield and actual-value data and transfers it to the office.

Overview of task management and data flow:

  • Prepare tasks with reference tracks and application maps in CLAAS connect and send online to the machine
  • Receive, execute and document tasks on the machine
  • Send field, machine values and yield data back to the office on completion of the task
  • Send a PDF task report with all task-related data straight from the terminal by email

Precision Farming: use inputs in a more targeted way and manage individual sections with more precision.

Fieldwork is even more precise with CEMIS 1200 and CEBIS connect when you have site-specific control of application rates and sections. You can avoid overlaps, use inputs in a targeted way and differentiate between areas. Section Control automatically controls up to 254 sections and six booms. Variable Rate Application adjusts the application rate using application maps in ISO-XML or Shape format. Application rates in each section can be individually controlled. In addition, live yield and constituent maps are displayed on the terminal.

Overview of Precision Farming:

  • Automatic Section Control
  • Multi-boom with up to six application points
  • Supports up to 254 sections
  • Variable Rate Application (VRA) for targeted crop management
  • Application maps in ISO-XML and Shape format
  • Application rates can be varied by section
  • Live yield mapping directly on the harvesting machine terminal

ISOBUS applications.

ISOBUS control is also more efficient with CEMIS 1200 and CEBIS connect. No additional display is required as everything is bundled on one display. ISOBUS compatibility ensures seamless integration and communication between tractor and implements, which significantly increases productivity and user-friendliness. ISOBUS UT automatically detects the implement and displays it in the implement menu. The function keys on the ELECTROPILOT can be freely assigned via the AUX-N, allowing implements to be operated with the tractor keys. Precise steering and numerous ISOBUS functions enable efficient control of agricultural machines.

Correction signals.

Correction signals are the basis for more precision and efficiency in day-to-day work. SATCOR 15 by Trimble RTX is included as standard for five years. Other satellite-based and RTK correction signals with a pass-to-pass accuracy of ± 2–3 cm are optionally available. So you can relax and focus on other things.
