We believe it is essential to develop good relationships with our target institutions based on mutual trust. To this end, we have appointed CLAAS university mentors drawn from various corporate divisions who help ensure the long-term success of our partnerships with universities. They serve as a key link between the company and our target universities and are supported by the CLAAS University Team as the central point of contact.

University partnerships at CLAAS have three key objectives:
To promote knowledge transfer by cultivating long-term partnerships. The aim is to advance the development of expertise with the main focus on technical progress, economic benefits and innovation. Relevant topics are specifically promoted at universities.
A further aim is to position CLAAS as an attractive employee for proficient students who fit into the CLAAS corporate culture. CLAAS wants the best brains working in all areas of the company!
In addition, international exchange and cooperation helps strengthen the image of the CLAAS corporate and product brand.
